Description for Gite

Experience a cozy and environmentally-friendly cottage with high standards in Lecelles, North of France. This all-wood cottage is designed with ecological and PMR (People with Reduced Mobility) standards in mind. Perfect for 2 to 4 people, it offers a comfortable living space with a fully-equipped kitchen, including an oven, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Additionally, you will find all necessary kitchen utensils and crockery for four people. The living room features a convertible sofa and a TV. The bedroom boasts a 160X200 bed, a dressing room, and a bathroom that meets PMR standards, complete with a washbasin, walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine, and dryer. Iron and ironing board, dryer, broom, and vacuum cleaner are also provided for your convenience. Bed linen is included, while towels can be rented for an additional fee of 10€ for a pack of two.

Outside, you can relax on the wooden terrace or enjoy the lawn area. The cottage also offers private parking and complete independence. Located amidst the beautiful countryside, the cottage is conveniently close to local shops, producers, and the thermal baths of Saint Amand Les Eaux (just a 7-minute drive). It is also situated between Valenciennes (20 minutes) and Lille (40 minutes), with easy access to the Belgian border (500m) and Tournai (20 minutes). Nearby, you'll find Pasino de Saint Amand, a cinema, bowling alley, swimming pool, and various restaurants. The location is ideal for exploring the surroundings on foot or by bike.

Please note that this cottage is strictly non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Prices for your stay are as follows: 350€ per week, 600€ for two weeks, 750€ for three weeks, and 900€ per month. There is no tourist tax, and a mandatory cleaning charge of 30€ applies.
