Description for Gite

This furnished apartment is located on the 1st floor of a villa and offers a beautiful southwest exposure. It features a private terrace and parking for your convenience. The apartment provides sheets and towels for your stay. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

The apartment consists of two rooms, both with a double bed. One of the rooms faces east, while the other faces southwest. The bathroom, located between the two rooms, is equipped with a bath, sink, and washing machine. There is also a separate toilet.

The functional kitchen is well-equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, 4-ring hob, and a dishwasher. The dining room-living room faces south and offers a stunning view through the pine forest to the sea. It includes a comfortable sofa and a television.

Outside, there is a terrace in the garden that faces southwest, providing a picturesque view of the Gulf through the pine forest. The apartment is fully equipped with a washing machine, as well as all the necessary dishes and utensils for your everyday needs.
