La Seigneurie invites you to enjoy its tranquil and welcoming environment, offering you its spaces for a pleasant stay. We are here to assist you in planning your visits and exploration. We have two rooms available, one on the ground floor and another on the upper level. Additionally, a cozy lounge and dining area will provide you with a comfortable space to relax and enjoy your breakfast.

Description for Gite

We offer two charming rooms, one in pink and the other in green, each equipped with a private bathroom and toilet. In addition, our cozy living room is furnished with a TV for your entertainment. As our guest, you will also have access to two bicycles to explore the area at your leisure. For added enjoyment, we provide a ping pong table and a variety of indoor and outdoor games. Our location is conveniently situated 13 km from both Saintes and Cognac, allowing you to easily explore these beautiful cities. Upon your arrival, we will welcome you with a complimentary drink. Please note that the pool is shared with our family. Check-in time is 17:00 and check-out is before 11:00. However, we are flexible with these times on special occasions. We kindly request a minimum stay of two days, and as a gesture of appreciation, we offer a 10% discount for such stays.
