Situated on the picturesque banks of the Rhone River, this charming Dauphinoise residence, dating back to 1680, is a small castle in the village of Vertrieu. The village also boasts two other castles, with the oldest dating back to the 13th century. Our house comprises of two apartments and five guest rooms, including a suite, all offering a relaxing landscape with views of the Bugey mountains. Surrounded by a tranquil park spanning over 8000 m2, which directly borders the Rhone, this serene location has undergone three years of renovations to transform it into a peaceful haven. Each accommodation option within the house provides a modern or stylish ambiance, reflecting my 30 years of experience as a decorator and my partner's extensive travels. We have carefully curated a cozy atmosphere, while ensuring practicality with high-quality materials, predominantly sourced from France. The luxurious linens provided are from our renowned Home CASSIOPEE collection, widely recognized in boats, homes, and prestigious hotels. Moreover, the decorative objects, paintings, and sculptures featured in our house are created by well-known artists, whose works regularly appreciate in value. All these pieces are available for purchase, allowing our guests to appreciate them in a real context and envision them in their own interiors. Our accommodations range from a 27 m2 apartment with a comfortable double bed and a fully equipped kitchen to individual guest rooms, each uniquely designed. The "Past Present" room features a 140 bed with an over-mattress, while the "Romantic Room" offers a 160 bed. The "Marine Room" and "Room Racer" both provide a 160 bed, and the "Following the Current" suite includes a 160 bed with an over-mattress, as well as a living room equipped with a double sleeping bench. All rooms come with ensuite showers, toilets, and include linens and complimentary products. Guests can also enjoy amenities such as Nespresso machines, flat-screen satellite TVs, bathrobes, and hairdryers. Daily cleaning services are provided for all rooms. Geographically located in the heart of the Blue Valley, our residence is surrounded by 834 km of bike paths (Via Rhôna) and the Ain plain, making it an ideal destination for holidays, relaxation, work, or training. The area is also in close proximity to major centers in France, including EDF. The Alps are easily accessible within an hour, offering breathtaking natural landscapes along the way. Families can take advantage of nearby parks, such as tree climbing or the Walibi amusement park, while cyclists and hikers will find safe and beginner-friendly trails. Nearby attractions include the Caves of Balme, the medieval town of Pérouges, and the bird park of Villars-les-Dombes. For those seeking excitement on the water, activities such as rafting and jet skiing are available on the Rhone. Our location is easily accessible, with Lyon only 40 km away, and the A42 Lagnieu exit or the A42 Ambérieu exit just 18 km and 1h15 away respectively. Past Present Room: The Past Present room offers a cozy 140 bed with an over-mattress for added comfort. It has a shower, toilet, and includes all linen and toiletries. We provide Nespresso coffee capsules and offer a large flat screen TV with TNT channels. You can relax in the bathrobes provided and enjoy a side view from the room. The room is decorated in a trendy mustard and white color scheme and is cleaned daily.

Romantic Room: The Romantic Room features a luxurious 160 bed with a comfortable mattress. It includes a shower, toilet, and all necessary linen and toiletries.
