Opening in July 2018, this private retreat offers 2 bedrooms, a cozy living room with a kitchen and bar area, as well as a bathroom and toilet exclusively for our guests' use.

Situated 30 meters away from the main owners' house, our tranquil abode ensures a peaceful and pollution-free environment. It is the ideal place to unwind and immerse yourself in the beauty of nature. Guests can enjoy leisurely walks, bike rides, and even horseback riding in the surrounding area. Additionally, there are several nearby attractions to explore, such as the prehistoric caves of Saulges, the majestic basilica of Evron, the ancient Roman site of Jublains, and the medieval village of Sainte Suzanne. Horse enthusiasts will also appreciate the proximity to various stud farms.

For those traveling by train, we offer complimentary transportation from Evron SNCF train station. Moreover, our affordable rates include household textiles and a delicious French breakfast complete with fresh fruit juice. The pricing is as follows:

- 3 people: €95 per night
