This stunning property offers a perfect blend of seaside serenity and modern comforts, having been beautifully renovated in 2015.Awash in natural light, the house boasts a spacious south-facing terrace that overlooks the treetops, providing a breathtaking view and a delightful spot to soak up the sun, relax in the spa pool, or savor a meal prepared on the plancha grill.
Ideal for families or groups of friends, the 175 sq meter house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults and 4 children. It features two bedrooms with double beds, a spare bedroom with a double bed, a large room with four single beds, and three bathrooms (including two Italian showers and one bathtub).
The generous living room, which opens onto the terrace, offers a cozy fireplace and a dining area. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a triple induction hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee machine. Additionally, amenities such as WiFi, TV, a washing machine, and a dryer ensure a comfortable stay.
