Description for Gite
Located in the heart of the beautiful natural park of Brenne in the center of Indre, this charming gite offers a perfect retreat for up to 10 people. The independent lodging, spread across one level and covering 125m2, boasts a private swimming pool (Hors sol Zodiac) exclusively for guests.Originally an old farmhouse dating back to the 18th century, the property has been fully restored in 2018, maintaining its authentic features such as tiles, stonework, and beams. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including 3 refreshing Italian showers and 3 separate toilets, comfort and convenience are guaranteed.
On the village side, guests can enjoy a lovely enclosed garden with views of the local shops, while on the countryside side, there are two spacious walled gardens complete with a swimming pool, ping-pong table, and outdoor games for entertainment.
The gite is conveniently situated in Prissac 36370, south of the Natural Park of Brenne, and borders the regions of Vienne, Indre, Loire, Creuse, and Haute Vienne. The area offers a wide range of activities including canoeing, kayaking, fishing, tennis, visits to museums and castles, as well as trips to the animal park, Beauval Zoo, and Futuroscope.
The gite is available for rent from Saturday, 14th July 2018. The weekly rental fee for July is 1100 euros, which includes bed sheets, while the fee for August is 1300 euros (bed sheets provided). Additionally, weekend or midweek rentals are also possible outside the months of July and August.
