The independent 42 m2 floor consists of two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, bedside table, desk, dresser/closet, clothes rack/shelves, and a television. Sheets, towels, and Wi-Fi are provided for your convenience.The common areas shared by the two bedrooms include a beautiful living room and a well-equipped kitchen. The living room features a sofa, coffee table, armchair, TV stand, television, and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with cabinets, a dining table for four, a large fridge, and a washing machine.
The bathroom is equipped with a sink cabinet, mirror, shower, programmable towel radiator, and toilet. There is also a window in the bathroom for natural light.
You will have access to a lovely 300m2 enclosed and landscaped garden, complete with a dining and relaxation area, deckchairs, and a ping pong table. Parking is available in front of the house.
The residence is conveniently located near transportation options, including buses and the Tzen, with the Corbeil station just 10 minutes away and the Lieusaint station 15 minutes away.
