Annex 43 is situated at the base of the historic ramparts of Guérande. This charming accommodation offers a comfortable living room with a TV and a fully equipped kitchen, including a stove, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all necessary dishes and utensils. The bedroom features a luxurious king size bed (160) and the bathroom includes a walk-in shower and toilet. Guests have direct access to a terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, and a plancha for outdoor cooking, as well as access to the garden.Your rent includes the convenience of having your bed linen already made upon arrival, as well as shower sheets and towels, and kitchen linen. Additionally, a private parking space and WIFI access are provided for your convenience.
Please note that access to the laundrette is not included and is available for an additional fee of 3.5 units. Visitors tax is also not included in the rental price.
We kindly ask that guests refrain from bringing pets, as the accommodation is not suitable for them. Smoking is also prohibited in the accommodation.
Annex 43 offers a flexible rental policy, with a minimum stay requirement of two nights. During the months of July and August, rentals are only available from Sunday to Sunday. Check-in time is from 15:00 onwards, and check-out is required by 10:00.
