The three double bedrooms in Saintecroix house are described as follows:1. La Chapelle: This bedroom features a double bed and beautiful beamed ceilings. It offers views to the front, overlooking the river and the 12th Century Abbey Chapel of Sainte Croix. The room also includes an en-suite shower room with a WC, as well as views to the garden and swimming pool.
2. Les Poutres: This character-filled bedroom includes a double bed and an additional single bed if needed. It boasts numerous beams and offers a view to the side of the house. The en-suite shower room with a WC provides views to the front of the house, the river, and the 12th Century Abbey Chapel of Sainte Croix.
3. La Voliere: This spacious bedroom features a double bed and an additional single bed if required. Its en-suite shower room includes a WC. The room offers ample beams and a view to the river, Ville Haute, and the medieval Chateau.

Excellent souvenir de mon passage à "Sainte-Croix" avec 4 amis randonneurs. Très chaleureux accueil de Nicole & John passionnés de leur village d'adoption (et d'origine pour Nicole) Angles sur Anglin.
Très bonne qualité d'hébergement avec un plus pour la piscine mise à disposition et le charmant petit-déjeuner pris sur la terrasse avant de continuer notre chemin ..

Angles-sur-LAnglin is located in Central France, approximately 150 kms inland from La Rochelle on the Atlantic coast. It is situated halfway down and about 45 kms North-East of Poitiers. Tours is about 100 kms North-West of Angles-sur-LAnglin.
To reach Angles-sur-LAnglin by car, you can take the A10 Autoroute and exit at Chatellerault-Nord, which is about 30 kms west of the village. Another option is to take the A20 Autoroute and exit at 15, north of Argenton-sur-Creuse, which is approximately 60 kms east of Angles-sur-LAnglin.
For those arriving by plane, Poitiers has an International Airport called Poitiers Biard. It offers daily flights from London Stansted with Ryanair. Additionally, there are daily connections from Poitiers to the Air France regional hub at Lyon, which provides onward worldwide connections via Paris. Tours also has an International Airport called Tours Val de Loire, offering daily flights from London Stansted with Ryanair.
If you prefer to travel by train, Poitiers is on the main TGV train line Paris-Bordeaux. There are direct connections from the London Eurostar at Lille, which will take you straight through to Poitiers on a daily basis.
