This spacious apartment, located just a few minutes away from stunning coves and beaches in Gosier, is perfect for a group of 4 people. With a beautiful deck and a small pool, known as the "punch box," you can easily cool off and relax.Ideal for those seeking functional accommodation in a central location between the city and countryside, this apartment offers the best of both worlds. Despite being situated in a less touristy area of Le Gosier, choosing this holiday rental ensures that you will be close to everything. Whether you want to visit the beach, go shopping, or explore different parts of the Guadeloupe Archipelago, everything is easily accessible.
Inside, the apartment provides the comfort of an air-conditioned bedroom with a queen-size double bed (160x200cm). The living room is the perfect space to unwind after a day in the sun, and you can even enjoy a foosball game. The sofa bed is available for additional sleeping arrangements, and you can take advantage of amenities such as Wi-Fi and Canalsat TV. The well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals, which can be enjoyed at the dining table for four on the balcony. The bathroom features a balneo shower, a large double sink, and a toilet.
The apartment also includes mosquito nets, ironing facilities, a washing machine, a fridge-freezer, a fan, a dishwasher, a barbecue, and a cot (upon request). It spans an area of 50 m2 and boasts a beautiful private wooden terrace of 25 m2, with an independent entrance within the owners' villa.
Please note that towels, bed linen, and tourist tax are included in the price. You can conveniently park your vehicle in a private parking space secured by an automatic gate. Smoking indoors, as well as bringing pets or organizing parties, is strictly prohibited.
