On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with a cozy fireplace, a TV, and internet access. The dining room is connected to a well-equipped kitchen, and there is a bathroom with a convenient walk-in shower and a washing machine. Additionally, a separate toilet is available. One bedroom with a comfortable 140 CH bed is provided, along with a game room featuring a ping pong table. The living room and lounge area benefit from electric floor heating. Moving on to the first floor, you will discover a mezzanine area and another bathroom with a toilet. There are two bedrooms on this floor: one with a luxurious 160 CH bed and another with two beds, each measuring 90 CH. Outside, a courtyard awaits you, complete with garden furniture for relaxation and a designated area for bicycle parking. Furthermore, a parking space is available.
