This is a 60m2 apartment located on the first floor of a small condominium in Dinard. Situated in a quiet area without any neighboring buildings blocking the view, it offers a beautiful sea view. The apartment features a well-appointed living room with a TV and free WiFi, as well as an open kitchen equipped with modern amenities such as an induction hob, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and oven. There are two bedrooms, one with a 160 bed and ample storage space, and the other with two 90 beds and a wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom includes a double washbasin, bathtub with shower, and a washing machine. There is also a separate toilet. The apartment is rented with beds made and towels and house towels provided. For beach visits, please bring your own items. Upon arrival, you will find basic necessities such as coffee and sugar. Amenities such as a bakery can be found 50m away, while the city center is 500m away, making it convenient to explore on foot. The beach is only 50m from the house. By car, you can reach the beautiful city of St Malo in 15 minutes, or you can take the shuttle boat from the nearby pier, which is only 2 minutes away. Additionally, there are magnificent sites in the region to discover, including the medieval district of Dinan (20 minutes away), Mt St Michel (30 minutes away), Dol de Bretagne and its surroundings, the Elms and St Malo le Tronchet golf courses, and the charming city of Combourg, known as the heart of Chateaubriand.
