The accommodation offers the following features:- Two connected bedrooms, one with a 140cm bed and the other with a 160cm bed, as well as a baby bed.
- One bathroom with an Italian shower, two sinks, a separate toilet, and a washing machine.
- A fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a covered terrace.
- A lounge area and a dining area with a table for 12 people, along with a bar corner.
- The barn is situated on 8 hectares of open wooded land.
- There is a BBQ and an outdoor warm shower available.
- The barn has a surface area of 150m².
Location:
- The property is located 3km from the A63 motorway, exit n°11, between Magescq and Herm.
- It is also 3km away from the village of Magescq.
- The ocean (Messanges Plage) is a 20-minute drive away.
- The center of Soustons can be reached in 15 minutes.
- Soustons Plage and Vieux Boucau are a 20-minute drive away.
The rental includes bed linen (sheets, covers, pillows), bath mats, 4 towels, and kitchen towels.
Entertainment options include dice, cards, darts, petanque for children, golf equipment, forest hikes, croquet for children, volleyball, badminton, and access to a ping-pong table. Please note that there is no television, but WIFI is available 100 meters away. The owner lives nearby and is happy to provide advice.
ARRION guesthouse, located 100 meters from the barn, offers additional bed and breakfast accommodations.
2022 rates:
- Weekly rentals only, with a minimum stay of one week.
- Check-in is on Saturday at 4 pm, and check-out is on the following Saturday at 12 noon.
- Mid-July to end of August: €900 per week.
- Low season: €700 per week.
- Camper with own tent: €10 per day per person, with children under 10 years old staying for free.
- A €500 deposit is required.
