Situated in a picturesque and lush area, just twenty kilometers south of Rennes and a short fifteen-minute drive from Saint Jacques de la Landes airport, our location offers easy access to the beautiful Vilaine River and its scenic route, adorned with charming mills. This makes it an ideal spot for leisurely walks or bike rides. Additionally, the renowned Lohéac racetrack and its impressive museum are in close proximity, providing an exciting outing for car enthusiasts.

Our spacious guest room boasts a separate entrance for your privacy and convenience. The room is a duplex layout, featuring a comfortable 160-sized bed on the ground floor, complete with a TV and Wi-Fi. Adjacent to it is a separate bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, you will find a large room spanning 40 square meters, housing two beds (one 140-sized and one 90-sized). Within this space, there is also a cozy sitting area and various amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and all the necessary supplies for tea and coffee. Furthermore, we have thoughtfully provided games and books to entertain children. Additionally, you will have access to informative brochures about the region, ensuring that you make the most of your stay.

We are proud pet owners ourselves and understand the importance of your furry friends. Therefore, we warmly welcome your pets to our accommodation. Moreover, we offer the convenience of borrowing our two mountain bikes (one for men and one for women) to explore the area at your leisure.

Directions

To get to The Boulay, which is located 20 km south of Rennes, you can take the Rennes-Redon axis via the D 177. Take the exit towards Bourg des Comptes-Janzé and then turn right onto the fourth road at the center of horse riding. Continue straight for 2.5 km and you will arrive at your destination. Look for the signs at the last crossroads to guide you.

Alternatively, you can also reach The Boulay via the Rennes-Nantes axis N 137. Take the Crevin exit and then turn left onto the D 101. At the first roundabout, turn right onto the D 48 towards Guichen. Continue straight for approximately 8 km and then turn left towards the Guichen train station. At the train station, turn right onto the D 48 towards Guignen. After 700 m, take the first right and continue for another 800 m until you reach your destination. Look for the signs at the last crossroads to guide you.
