This charming cottage comfortably accommodates up to 4 people and features beautiful stone walls that are either exposed or covered with wood. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a traditional fireplace, spanning 15 m². The spacious living room has a cozy fireplace insert and a sofa bed for 2, covering 40 m². Additionally, there is a bathroom and a separate toilet on this level.Moving to the first floor, there is a sizable bedroom (25 m²) with a double bed and space for a baby cot. The second bedroom (15 m²) has two single beds.
Outside, there is a separate storage area available for your convenience, which can be used for storing bicycles, canoes, etc. It also houses a washing machine and a clothes drying area. The cottage is surrounded by a lovely garden measuring 800 m², enclosed by a hedge of woodland.

Directions
To get to St Brieuc, you can take either the N12 or the E50. From there, if you want to go to Lanvollon and Paimpol, follow the D6. Once you reach Lanvollon, continue on the D7 towards Paimpol. As you enter Paimpol, do not take the D786 towards Lézardrieux and Tréguier at the roundabout. Instead, take the roundabout to the direction of Penhoat (about ¾ of the way around). After approximately 4 km, you will see a sign for the Penhoat hamlet. Take the first left after 200m. After 1 km, you will see a sign for Danot. Take the left at the intersection 100m ahead. TY LEFF, the house you are looking for, is located 100m ahead on the left at number 10.
