Description for B&B:

You don't need to use your car to have a great time on site or nearby. We provide a guide in the library that includes information on hikes, charming restaurants, and must-see monuments in the area. We also offer free WiFi and a selection of board games for all ages. If the weather is sunny, you can relax and enjoy our garden and terraces. For those who love outdoor activities, we have 3 mountain bikes available (reservation and deposit required) for exploring the surrounding trails. Our location in the countryside makes us neighbors with the beautiful Kerandrun Castle and its pond, as well as the Camellias farm. A river flows at the bottom of our garden, where you can unwind under the hazel tree by the old spring. Situated at the entrance of the Rhuys Peninsula, we are just a few minutes away from Noyalo, where you can take walks along the Gulf coast, or about 15 minutes away from the Atlantic beaches (such as Ambon and Damgan). In less than 10 minutes, you can easily reach Rochefort-en-Terre, shop at the Questembert market, or explore the historic city of Vannes and its ancient ramparts. You'll find yourself at the crossroads of the most beautiful sites in Morbihan!

Description for Gite

Come and enjoy a relaxing night at our charming guest house, conveniently located near Vannes in Theix-Noyalo, a commune in the Gulf of Morbihan. Stéfanie and Eddy are excited to welcome you and ensure you have a wonderful stay.

We offer a variety of themed rooms that cater to different tastes and preferences. On the ground floor, you'll find the Lochrist room, which features a "factory" ambiance with steel cloakrooms, desk lamps, and workbenches. This spacious room of 28 m² is designed to accommodate individuals with reduced mobility, parents with infants (we provide a complimentary baby kit), and pregnant women. It boasts a large Italian shower, double basins, and separate toilets. Additionally, it has a private terrace facing west, perfect for enjoying the landscaped surroundings.

For a touch of seaside nostalgia, choose the Locmariaquer room. Its charming décor takes you back to the early 20th century with deckchairs, shutters, and tortoise shell accents. This 28 m² room offers a bathroom with both a bath and shower, a single basin, and separate WC.

If you're inspired by forests, stones, and the enchanting landscapes of Brittany, the Le Val sans Retour room is ideal for you. Drawing inspiration from the Brocéliande forest, Carnac and its famous alignments, and the magnificent rocks of Huelgoat, this room captures the magical essence of the region. After a thrilling walk above the void, you can relax on the terrace nestled among the oak trees. The room, spanning 24 m², features a double shower and independent toilet.

Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities. All our rooms have doors with five-point locks, and they are equipped with a safe, coffee machine with pods, kettle with a selection of teas, hairdryer, and a mini bar. The comfortable bedding measures 180x200. We also provide all necessary linens, including towels, beach towels, and bed linens, as well as a delicious breakfast.

To enhance your leisure time, we offer a wide selection of books covering various genres, such as mystery, drama, comedy, and travel guides. Additionally, we have board games available in the lounge, as well as brochures and flyers about the local area. Stay connected with our complimentary WiFi.

Start your day with a delightful breakfast served in the dining-living room exclusive to our guests. If the weather permits, you can enjoy your meal on the terrace, or cozy up near the stove during the winter months.
