Situated in a quaint hamlet at the heart of the Combrailles region, our charming 2-bedroom apartment offers a tranquil retreat near Saint Gervais d'Auvergne. Immerse yourself in the stunning landscapes and recharge your batteries in this idyllic setting.The apartment, classified with three stars by Thermauvergne, features stone walls and solid wood furniture, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It is attached to our house but provides complete independence. Perfect for 2 people (and potentially 1 infant), the apartment includes an open kitchen with a table and 3 chairs, equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and all necessary kitchenware.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable 140-sized bed and a corner sofa, complemented by a television and internet ADSL for your entertainment. The kitchenette is open to the bedroom/living room, creating a studio-like layout. A closet and a bathroom with a spacious shower, washbasin, and toilet complete the accommodations.
Upon request, we can provide an umbrella bed, high chair, and a chair for infants. Linen rentals are available, and there are various shops, restaurants, and services just 2.5 kilometers away in St Gervais d'Auvergne.
Step outside onto the furnished terrace, complete with a table, chairs, deck chairs, parasol, and barbecue, and enjoy the large plot surrounding the property. Please note that pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited in the gîte.
For further information or inquiries, please don't hesitate to contact us. Payment can be made by check or cash, with a 20% deposit required upon booking. Additionally, a security deposit of 350 will be requested upon key delivery, which will be refunded after the departure inventory.
