Each room in our accommodation has its own unique character. The first room, known as the "Chocolate Room," features a comfortable 140x190 bed as well as a BZ 140x190 bed, allowing for a maximum occupancy of 4 people. It also includes a walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet.

The second room, called the "Butterfly Room," offers a cozy 140x190 bed and can accommodate 1 to 2 people. It also has a walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet.

The third room, known as the "Anise Green Room," exudes a Zen spirit and is perfect for 1 to 2 people. It features an Italian-style shower, washbasin, and toilet.

For breakfast, we serve a delicious spread that includes homemade jams, sourdough bread, homemade yogurt, and fresh seasonal fruits.

When it comes to dining at our table d'hôtes, you can expect everything to be homemade, including our delectable ice cream. We source our ingredients from the local region and our organic garden.

During your stay, you'll also have the opportunity to meet Lilly and Charly, our two friendly donkeys who have a fondness for carrots and hard bread. We also have three cats and two dogs named Choco and Licorice.

If you're looking to explore the surrounding area, the Mesquire offers easy access to the greenway, a restored old railway track that's perfect for pedestrians and cyclists. This shaded path stretches for 900 meters and leads to Condom or Lagraulet. Additionally, the Gondrin leisure park is just 5 kilometers away and boasts exciting attractions such as giant slides, a wave pool, and a paddling pool. You can also enjoy a picnic in the park's shaded area. Don't forget to visit nearby landmarks like the Cistercian church of Mouchan (1.2 kilometers), the Abbey of Flaran (13 kilometers), the collegiate church of La Romieu (15 kilometers), and the fortified village of Larressingle (5 kilometers). Finally, be sure to check out the vibrant Latino tempo in Vic-Fezensac, with its musical nights and night markets.

Description for Gite

Located in the midst of nature, surrounded by lush greenery, this beautiful gite offers a tranquil and serene environment with stunning views of the picturesque gersoises hills. Adjacent to a restored cellar, this 80m2 gite spans across two levels and features a private terrace, private parking, and free access to a 25000m2 garden.

The gite comprises a kitchen that opens up to a dining area and a living room, which includes a comfortable sofa bed for additional sleeping space. There are two bedrooms - one with a double bed on the ground floor and another with three single beds on the upper level. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, two sinks, storage space, and a washing machine. The toilet is separate.

The gite is fully equipped with modern amenities including a fridge/freezer, extractor hood, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, and crockery. Additionally, board games are available for your entertainment.

The rental price for this gite is €425 per week during the months of July and August (weeks 30-31-32-33), and €300 per week starting from week 34. Please note that linen and towels are not provided. Weekend stays are also possible, excluding the months of July and August.

To secure your booking, a 30% deposit is required, with the balance to be paid on the day of arrival. A security deposit of €250 is also required for any potential damages. Accepted methods of payment include holiday vouchers, cash, bank transfers, and checks in Euros.

During your stay, you will have the pleasure of meeting our two friendly donkeys, as well as our two dogs and three cats. Unfortunately, we do not allow outside animals on the premises.

There are plenty of leisure and activity options in the area. Just 5km away, you can visit the recreational aquatic park of Gondrin, which offers 4500m2 of swimming space, four water slides, a wave pool, and a paddling pool. Castéra-Verduzan is also nearby, featuring thermal baths, a casino, a racecourse, and a supervised beach with water slides. Other activities include canoeing in Condom and Beaucaire, medieval camps and festivals in Larressingle, hiking trails, and a restored railway track for pedestrians and cyclists known as the Greenway.

For those interested in cultural heritage, there are several notable sites to explore, including Larressingle, Abbey of Flaran, Cathedral of Condom, Bastide de Fourcès, Collegiate Church of the Romieu, Cistercian church of Mouchan, Castle of Cassaigne, Lavardens castle, Museum of dArtagnan in Lupiac, Nogaro, and the Accrobranches in Cauderoue.

If you're a fan of music, there are several festivals to enjoy, such as the Latino tempo in Vic-Fezensac, the Jazz Festival in Marciac, and the Country music festival in Mirande. Additionally, Condom hosts musical nights from July to September, and there are night markets held in July and August.

Directions

To reach your destination from Condom, follow the route towards Eauze. Once you reach Mouchan, continue until you reach the exit. At the exit of Mouchan, cross the LOsse bridge and take the first right road that leads uphill towards vc hillasse. Drive for approximately 1.2 kilometers until you reach your destination. Look for a house with red shutters, which will be the first one on your right.
