- A fully equipped kitchen, including a 4-burner stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, and all necessary utensils and dishes.
- A modern bathroom with a spacious 120cm walk-in shower and sink. Separate toilet available.
Upstairs, you'll find:
- One bedroom with a comfortable 160cm double bed.
- Another bedroom featuring two single bunk beds and an additional single bed on the mezzanine.
Outdoor amenities include:
- A patio terrace furnished with garden furniture and deckchairs.
- A grill for outdoor cooking.
