Our charming cottage is perfect for a party of up to 4 guests. With a spacious area of approximately 50 m2, it offers 3 ground floor rooms and a cozy bedroom upstairs. All of the rooms are equipped with electric heating for your comfort.

Situated independently, just 30m away from the main house, our cottage is nestled within a lush wooded park spanning 1.4 hectares. You will have your own private garden, complete with a lovely terrace featuring garden furniture and a barbecue.

For your convenience, we provide a well-lit asphalt parking area, as well as a garage where you can securely store bicycles or sailing equipment.

The main room of the cottage is a beautifully decorated living space, adorned with large windows that fill the room with natural light. Here, you will find a color TV, a comfortable sofa, and chairs to ensure your evenings are enjoyable. We also offer a selection of board games, books, and tourist information for your entertainment.

The cottage boasts a fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine, hob, fridge, oven, microwave, extractor hood, coffee machine, and cooker. You will have everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

The bathroom features a shower and double sinks with ample storage space. Additionally, there is a separate toilet for your convenience.

On the ground floor, you will find a cozy bedroom with a comfortable 160 X 190 bed and a bedside cabinet. Upstairs, accessible from the living room, there is another bedroom with two beds measuring 90 X 190, accompanied by bedside tables and a closet.

If needed, we can provide a high chair and a cot upon request, ensuring that even our youngest guests have a comfortable stay.

Access from Paris, England via Dover-Boulogne-sur-mer:
Take the A16 towards Calais. Take the exit 35: Porch. After the motorway exit, turn right. Continue until you reach the fire station, then turn right towards Wierre-Effroy. Drive for 4 km.

Access from Lille, Belgium:
Take the A25 towards Dunkerque, then continue on the A16 towards Boulogne-sur-Mer. Take exit number 36: Marquise. Follow the signs to Marquise, descend Ferber Avenue, and turn left after the Carrefour Market supermarket. At the fire station, turn right towards Wierre-Effroy. Drive for 4 km.

Access from England via Dover-Calais:
After crossing the Channel Tunnel, take the A16 towards Boulogne-sur-Mer. Take exit number 36: Marquise. Follow the signs to Marquise, descend Ferber Avenue, and turn left after the Carrefour Market supermarket. At the fire station, turn right towards Wierre-Effroy. Drive for 4 km. Upon reaching Wierre-Effroy, cross the village and turn left after the church. After about 500 m, you will see a sign for "The Briamerie" at the foot of a pillar. Follow the white and blue lavender path to reach our house.

Access from Reims, Arras, Laon:
Take the A16 towards Calais. Take the Boulogne-sur-mer exit and continue on N42 (4 lane road). Take the Le Wast exit and after 2 km, turn left towards Wierre-Effroy. Before reaching the village, on the left, you will see a sign for "The Briamerie" at the foot of a pillar. Follow the white and blue lavender path to reach our house.
