Description for Gite
This gite features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchenette designed for your comfort. The kitchenette includes a fridge, freezer, induction plates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and dishes. Additionally, there is a dining table with five chairs and a cozy living area with a comfortable sofa bed, an armchair, and a TV with DVD player. Stay connected with the provided WIFI.The gite offers a large bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm). The beds are made up upon your arrival and towels are provided (please bring your own towels for the pool). The bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet.
For your convenience, there is a laundry area equipped with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. Everything you need for the maintenance of the premises is also provided.
In addition, guests have access to a 4000m2 park, complete with a playground, bicycles, and outdoor games. And of course, you can enjoy the common pool, measuring 5x10m2, which is heated from June to September and treated with sea salt for a chlorine-free experience. The pool area also includes a hot shower and toilet facilities.

If you are traveling from the north of France, we recommend taking the A87 motorway from Angers-Cholet and then continuing on the A83 motorway. Take exit 8 at Fontenay le Comte towards La Rochelle.
For those coming from the south of France, take the A11 and shortly after Niort, join the A83 motorway. Exit at Fontenay le Comte, exit 8 towards La Rochelle.
