This 80m² cottage is suitable for 3 people and has been awarded 4 stars by Atout France, 3 keys by Clévacances, and labeled "Valeurs natural regional park". It is located in a converted 1829 winemaker's house, which has been fully renovated to preserve the local architecture while providing modern comforts. The cottage is attached to our own house and has its own independent terrace overlooking the living room. Inside, you will find a cozy alcove with a bed measuring 110 x 185, a spacious kitchen, and a large bedroom with either three beds measuring 90 x 200 or one bed measuring 180 x 200 plus one bed measuring 90 x 200. The beds will be made to your preference upon arrival. The bathroom and toilet are separate and equipped with grab bars and a walk-in shower with a seat, making the cottage suitable for people with reduced mobility (assistance may be required for the toilet). The cottage is situated on a fully enclosed 40-acre plot, which includes a pétanque court, garden furniture, parking facilities, and a heated swimming pool available during the season (not in winter). It is located in a typical Lorraine village, within the heart of the Lorraine Regional Natural Park, ensuring a peaceful stay. The cottage's central location, within the triangle formed by the cities of Verdun, Metz, and Nancy, makes it an ideal base for exploring the region. There are various shops within a 3 to 5 km radius. We are happy to assist you during your stay and can provide maps and documents to help you discover the beautiful region. Our availability calendar on this site is up to date. Weekly rentals range from 330 to 370 , with rental in July and August only available on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. Weekend rentals (2 nights) are priced at 180 . There is a supplement of 5 per day for a possible 4th person. The tourist tax is 1.21 per person over 18 per day. Electric heating of 20KW per day is included, with any excess in winter charged at 0.25 per KW. Sheets and towels are provided upon arrival, excluding swimming pool towels. Baby equipment is available upon request. A 30% deposit is required for all reservations. An optional end-of-stay cleaning package is available for 50 . A deposit of 300 is also required. Only the number of people declared at the time of booking will be allowed in the accommodation and its surroundings. The premises, including the swimming pool, cannot be privatized for parties or any other reason. We do not accept business bookings. Additionally, we have a separate 2-person gîte available on the premises.

Situated next to Lake Madine in the beautiful Lorraine regional natural park, our accommodations are housed in a fully renovated Lorraine farm. We offer a spacious 80m² gîte that can accommodate 3 to 4 people, as well as a cozy 20m² studio gîte for 2 people. Both accommodations are independent and have received 4 and 2 stars respectively from "Atout France," as well as 3 and 2 keys from "CleVacances." Additionally, we have been labeled as a "Values natural park regional" establishment.

During your stay with us, you will find a serene environment, along with all the comforts and tranquility you desire. Our property spans 4000m² and is fully enclosed, offering amenities such as a pétanque court, garden furniture, parking, and a heated swimming pool available in the summer. You will also have access to a barbecue for your outdoor dining needs. The beds in your accommodation will be made according to your preferences before your arrival, with options of 90 x 200 or 180 x 200 sizes. We provide towels, sheets, and initial non-food consumables, as well as a free wifi network for your convenience.

Our location is ideal as we are centrally located within the Metz Nancy Verdun triangle, and in close proximity to Pont à Mousson, Toul, Commercy, Saint-Mihiel, the Côtes de Meuse, the medieval village of Hattonchatel, and the Butte de Montsec with its American monument. Within a radius of 3 to 5 kilometers, you will find a variety of shops to meet your needs.

As your hosts, we reside on the premises and are available to assist with any questions or requests to ensure you have a pleasant stay. We offer both weekly and weekend rentals. Please note that we do not allow pets, as our boxers are not fond of other animals. Our accommodations are also strictly non-smoking. A deposit of 200 to 300 is required. Only the number of individuals declared at the time of booking will be allowed to stay in the accommodations and on the premises. It is not possible to privatize the facilities, including our swimming pool, for parties or any other purposes. Arrivals are scheduled between 4 and 6 p.m., and we are unable to accommodate late arrivals. Departure time is at 10 a.m.

To reach the Northern Region and the West from Paris, take the A4 highway towards Fresnes in Woëvre. For the Southern direction, head towards Toul and Verdun by taking the A31 highway. The TGV stations in the area are Meuse TGV and Lorraine TGV.
