The terrace attached to the bedrooms provides a delightful view of the south garden, with the option to access and enjoy the garden. The bathroom and WC are designated for the use of guests staying in these rooms. The beach is conveniently located just 200m away, and the villa is situated in the heart of the town center. Various shops are within close proximity, with Perpignan only a 10-minute drive away.
