Welcome to "Beach Walk," a charming house located just 100m from the sandy beach end, perfect for 2 to 6 people. Enjoy stunning views of the sea and the Eckmühl lighthouse from the three south-facing bedrooms. The house features a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms (with two beds measuring 140cm and one bed measuring 160cm that can be separated into two beds measuring 80cm each), a large bathroom with a shower, bath, and two washbasins, as well as two toilets. Guests will have access to a garage and courtyard, and can relax in the enclosed garden with an electric gate. Outdoor amenities include a terrace, garden furniture, chairs, and a barbecue. Baby equipment and internet are also available for your convenience.While staying at "Beach Walk," don't miss the opportunity to witness the return of trawlers and the landing of the day's catch at the Guilvinec show. Indulge in the delicious local specialties such as lobsters, crabs, fish, and the famous crepes.
Conveniently, all shops are located just 800m away from the house, and the market is within walking distance with the availability of a market trolley. The market takes place on Tuesday and Sunday mornings.
The rental prices range from 220€ to 900€ per week (excluding charges) depending on the season. Off-season rates are 220€ to 260€ per week, while during school holidays (except summer) the rate is 350€ per week. In June and September, the rate is 350€ to 400€ per week. For the summer of 2024 (July/August), there is a minimum booking requirement of two weeks, with rates ranging from 750€ to 900€ per week.
If "Beach Walk" is not available, consider another house just 150m from the sea, with rates ranging from 220€ to 280€ per week during the off-season.
