Additionally, we are conveniently situated only 5 minutes away from the beautiful Aytré beach, 15 minutes from Châtelaillon-Plage with its casino, beach, and mini golf, as well as the stunning Ré island. For those seeking outdoor activities, we are only 500 meters away from a 9-hole golf course, an equestrian center, and a thrilling ropes course.Throughout the year, we welcome guests to our unique property which features 3 bedrooms with separate entrances. Our amenities include an indoor pool with sunbathing area, a spacious garden, a terrace, and a cozy TV lounge. Other conveniences such as a fridge, ample parking, internet access, and WiFi are also provided. Please note that there is a shared toilet for the three rooms and smoking is not permitted.
