Cannes City B & B is a charming guest house conveniently located in the western area of Cannes. Just a 5-minute walk from the beach and a short 12-minute bus ride from the festival palace and the old town.

We have two cozy rooms available, each offering a range of amenities and services for your comfort.

Start your day right with our delicious breakfast, featuring a variety of homemade salt and sweet options such as breads, yogurt, jams, fresh fruit salad, pastries, and cereals. From April to September, you can enjoy this delightful meal on our balcony, adding a touch of magic to your morning.

In addition to our comfortable accommodations, we provide several complimentary services to enhance your stay. These include bathrobes, toiletries, access to a washing machine and dryer, bicycles for exploring the area, linens, tea, coffee, and both still and sparkling fresh water.

Our warm and welcoming approach ensures that you will feel right at home from the moment you arrive. We are always eager to engage with our guests and share our knowledge of the beautiful region, offering helpful brochures and local information to enhance your experience.

From Nice Côte d'Azur Airport:

1 - By Airport Express bus:

From Nice, the bus runs between 8am and 11pm.
From Cannes bus station, the bus runs between 7am and 8pm.

Once you arrive at the bus terminal in Cannes, take bus 1, 2, or 20 to the market place of Cannes La Bocca (approximately 10 minutes). If possible, I can pick you up from the station for free (please email me to arrange).

Price: €20 one way or €30 round trip
Total travel time: approximately 1.5 hours

2 - By limousine service:

Price: approximately €100 one way
Total travel time: approximately 40 minutes

3 - By train (TER):

From Nice, trains run between 5:44am and 11:47pm.
From Cannes, trains run between 5:30am and 11:30pm.

Price: between €5.80 and €9.60 one way

From Terminal 1, take the free shuttle to "Arénas" stop. From there, walk for about 15 minutes to the train station:

- Cross Avenue Lindbergh and turn left (lycée hôtelier Paul Augier).
- Turn right onto Boulevard René Cassin until you reach the traffic light.
- Cross the street on the left, under the SNCF bridge (route de Grenoble), and turn right onto Avenue Edouard Grinda to reach the train station.

Take the train to Cannes La Bocca station. Once there, head towards the city center on Avenue Francis Tonner (on your left). By walking, you will reach the house in approximately 15 minutes. If possible, I can pick you up from the train station with my car for free (please email me to arrange).

Total travel time: approximately 2 hours

4 - By personalized pickup service:

I can pick you up at the airport upon your arrival. Look for me holding a sign with your name in the baggage claim area.

Contribution costs: €30 (for gas, tolls, etc.). The airport is approximately 35 km from the house.

Please email me to arrange this service, as it is only possible if I am not working during your arrival time.

Train station:

Cannes La Bocca station: offers connections to various destinations from Italy to Marseille (it's easy to reach Nice center in 35 minutes, Monaco center in 60 minutes, St Tropez center in 45 minutes, Antibes center in 15 minutes, etc.). You can also take a train to Vintimille, the nearest Italian city, which has a large market on Fridays and is a 1 hour and 15-minute journey from Cannes by train.
