Introducing the new holiday cottage "Aux Pays des sucs" at Chazes Farm! Nestled in a peaceful green area, far away from busy roads and neighboring houses, this charming cottage offers a serene escape. Situated at an elevation of 900 meters above sea level, it boasts breathtaking views of the Emblavez Valley and the magnificent "Sucs" domes formed by ancient volcanoes. Truly an authentic little paradise!

The cottage spans 250m², with half of it belonging to the owners and the other half dedicated to the holiday cottage. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious independent room, along with an activities area. Upstairs, there is an additional independent bedroom.

Despite the secluded location, we're conveniently close to key towns in Haute-Loire. Just 5 minutes away, you'll find Le Pertuis, Saint-Hostien, and the national road 88. Ysingeaux, the hall of cross-country skiing Meygal, and Saint Julien Chapteuil are all within a 10-minute drive. The picturesque Le Puy-en-Velay is just 15 minutes away, and the Les Estables ski resort is a mere 30-minute drive.

Children will have a blast in our unique activities area, featuring a 15m² climbing wall, a mini ramp skateboard used by world-class athletes, a René Pierre table soccer, a treehouse with a valley view, a swing for the little ones, and a goal for soccer enthusiasts. Additionally, the Le Pertuis Via Ferrata is just a 5-minute drive away.

Inside the holiday cottage, you'll find a main room with an open-concept kitchen and a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove. The comfortable leather sofa and chair are perfect for relaxation. A large table with six chairs is ideal for family meals. The night area includes a king-size bed, while an independent bedroom on the ground floor features a double bed, shower, and sink. Another independent bedroom upstairs offers a king-size bed, shower, and sink. A WC is located on the ground floor. Outside, there is a 20m² patio on the ground floor and a 50m² patio upstairs. The cottage also sits on a spacious 3500m² of land.

Pets are welcome in our holiday cottage, and we even provide a big baker oven for making delicious wood-fired pizzas. Other amenities include a barbecue, deck chairs, garden furniture, TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi internet, and a washing machine. Sheets and towels are provided for your convenience.
