With a capacity to accommodate 2 to 6 people, this lovely cottage is surrounded by an enclosed garden. Its comfortable interior and sunny exposure will surely captivate you. The terrace, furnished with garden furniture, a table, armchairs, deckchairs, and a barbecue, offers a delightful space for relaxation.

On the ground floor, you will find a lounge/dining room with satellite TV that includes French and international channels. This room also provides direct access to the terrace. The well-equipped open kitchen features 4 hotplates, an oven, a fridge/freezer, a coffee maker (Senseo), a kettle, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer, and more. Additionally, there is a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160*200), a bathroom with a hair dryer and towel dryer, and a separate toilet.

Ascending to the first floor, you will discover two bedrooms with sea views. Each bedroom is equipped with two single beds (90*190) and has a corner toilet. There is also an additional separate toilet on this floor. Parking is available on the property, and there is a garage with direct access from the kitchen.

Welcome to our beautifully maintained garden, bathed in sunlight, where you can enjoy breakfast al fresco or savor the delicious barbecue fish you picked up from the local market.

Inside, you'll find a haven of comfort and modern furnishings. The ground floor features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area that is fully equipped for your convenience. The cozy lounge includes satellite TV with international channels, a DVD player, a comfortable sofa bed, and armchairs, providing seating for up to six people. The kitchen boasts a ceramic hob with a hood, an electric cooker, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a wide selection of dishes.

On this floor, you'll also find a master bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and wash basin, ample storage space, and a hairdryer. Additionally, there is a separate toilet and a garage equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, and an iron.

Moving to the first floor, you'll discover another separate toilet and two bedrooms offering stunning sea views. Each bedroom is furnished with two comfortable beds (90cm) and a wash basin.

Directions

To get to the house from Rennes, follow the RN 12 towards Brest. Just before reaching Brest, continue towards Gouesnou. Once in Gouesnou, take the D 13 towards Lannilis. In Lannilis, head towards Landeda. Upon reaching the village of Landeda, follow the signs for Dunes de St Marguerite. Drive for approximately 1.5 km and then turn towards Plage de St Marguerite. The house is located 130 meters away from the beach.
