Our charming cottage can accommodate up to six guests. It features two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 * 190) and the other with two single beds (90 * 190) that can be joined together. The living room also offers additional sleeping space with a sofa that converts into two single beds (90 * 190). The cottage is beautifully decorated in a peaceful and rustic style.Sylvie, our dedicated host, takes great joy in preparing a delicious and generous breakfast for our guests to enjoy either on the terrace or in the communal dining area. Indulge in freshly baked pastries and brioches, homemade jams with fruits from our orchard, freshly squeezed orange juice, a refreshing fruit salad, and other delightful treats.
The cottage also features a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, and kettle. There is a bathroom and separate toilet for your convenience. In addition, you will find a TV, DVD player, and internet access in the communal area (please note that Wi-Fi is not yet available in the Mardelle).
For moments of relaxation and conviviality, a private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue is at your disposal. Our talented son, Dorian, has crafted the furniture for your comfort. There is also a cozy reading room with a wide selection of books and information about the local area. Furthermore, a game room with table football, board games, and music discs is available for your entertainment.
Outside, our lovely garden is adorned with flowers and provides various seating areas for you to unwind and enjoy the picturesque countryside views. We have even transformed an old animal trough into a charming fountain.

If you're in the mood for adventure, the PAI amusement park in the Loire region is only an hour away. Nous avons passé deux journées très agréables dans ce gîte, qui est très bien équipé et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. Nos hôtes nous ont accueillis chaleureusement et nous ont conseillé sur les lieux à visiter dans la région. Merci à eux encore une fois!

To get to St Amand Montrond from Sancoins, travel for approximately 4.5 kilometers. Look out for a large wooden cross on your right. Once you pass it, take the first left turn onto a road. The first house on the left is where your hosts will be eagerly waiting to provide you with the best reception.
