Description for Gite

La Clôture is a charming gîte located on the first floor, offering a comfortable and cozy stay. The bedroom features a spacious double bed measuring 160x200cm, providing a peaceful view of the picturesque surrounding fields. A private bathroom with modern fixtures is conveniently available for your exclusive use. Additionally, there is a small sitting area where you can enjoy reading the newspaper or immersing yourself in a good book while admiring the scenic view.

Beneath the gîte/studio, you will find a well-equipped summer kitchen. This kitchen is perfect for preparing your breakfast or a simple meal should you desire. It includes a fridge, dishwashers, a two-burner cooker, coffee maker, water boiler, toaster, and a small oven. The kitchen is stocked with pans, cutlery, dishes, and kitchen linens.

Your private entrance and terrace can be accessed through the double doors in the summer kitchen. Feel free to enjoy the outdoor space as you please.

Gîte:
For weekly stays, the rates range from 385,00 to 448,00 with a minimum stay of 5 nights.

As a Bed & Breakfast option:
For a delightful Bed & Breakfast experience, enjoy a comfortable night's stay with breakfast included. The rates per night range from 70,00 to 79,00, with a minimum stay of 2 nights.

Please note that smoking is not permitted inside our home, but you are welcome to smoke outside.

Directions

To reach La Clôture, follow the road signs for Rennes-Josselin-Pontivy (N764) for a distance of 800 meters. Then, continue on the D778 for 2.5 kilometers in the direction of Loudéac, Les Forges, and Lanouée. Soon after, you will come across a small road on your right, leading to "La Florida." Take an immediate left onto a dead-end road, which is only 25 meters away, and you will find the house, La Clôture, right there. It is the first house you will encounter.

If you are using GPS, follow the instructions for La Bagatelle in Lanouée. After passing La Florida, you will notice a sign for La Clôture at the end of the country road, on your right. The coordinates for La Clôture are latitude: 47.98024159 and longitude: -2.58971572.
