The interior of the property is well-equipped and designed to meet your needs. The spacious living room, lounge, and kitchen area measures 40 square meters and features a 82 cm LCD television and a DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and electric cooker. Additional features include PVC double glazing, electric heating, a bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower, and toilet, as well as a hairdryer. There is also an independent toilet on the ground floor for your convenience.

The bedding provided by Sarah House Rental includes a comfortable 160x200 (or 2x80x200) bed, a spacious 180x200 (or 2x90x200) bed, and three single beds measuring 90x190, with one located in a mezzanine area.

INCLUDED AMENITIES

Prices are inclusive for up to 7 people. Upon arrival, the beds will be neatly made with fresh bed linen. If a second change of linen is desired, the cost will be 10 per bed. Additionally, each person will be provided with one large towel and one small towel, available for a nominal fee of 5.
