The property is conveniently located just 20 minutes from Aix-en-Provence, 10 minutes from the Fréjus-Nice motorway, 35 minutes from Marignane airport, 45 minutes from Marseilles, 20 minutes from Aubagne, and 30 minutes from the creeks of Cassis.In addition to its prime location, there are plenty of activities near the house of chestnut. For golf enthusiasts, the Sainte-Victoire Golf Club is only 3 km away. There are also swimming pools in Fuveau (10 km) and Trets (open in summer), both within 3 km. Furthermore, the area offers numerous hiking trails and sightseeing opportunities, such as the Sainte-Victoire and Sainte-Baume mountains, and the Regagnas chain. Wine lovers will also appreciate the wine tourism opportunities, with many vineyards of Provence to explore.
