CINNAMON is our beautiful villa in Mougins, offering spacious accommodations for up to 12 people. You will receive a warm welcome all year round as you enter our lovely terrace and garden. The ground floor of the villa, including a relaxing terrace, is available for your enjoyment. Whether you want to smoke, play cards, have discussions, or simply relax, our terrace is the perfect spot. In the summer, you can also enjoy your breakfast and meals here, either by joining our custom host tables or by savoring delicious grilled food from our barbecue. We even have a wood fire oven for pizzas. Additionally, Christian opens his pizzeria every night in the summer, and Sabrina organizes special dessert nights for the delight of your children. We also offer karaoke and cartoon movie nights in the living room, as well as a garden with swings, a slide, and a swimming pool with sun umbrellas. You can also indulge in some bronzing and leisure time in our cozy corner.

Throughout the year, we stay in the house with our children and welcome you to our spacious living room named "Amber" during breakfast or guest table events. We are happy to provide information about the region, including recommendations for visits and walks.

Our neighborhood is peaceful and surrounded by villas. All amenities are conveniently located nearby, including shopping stores, a heated municipal swimming pool in Mougins, bus stops, fitness centers, bakeries, restaurants, and the beaches of Cannes. You can also visit the beautiful Îles de Lérins and explore the Valmasque Forest in Mougins, as well as the Mougins Golf Course. We are adjacent to the heated municipal pool "Campelières" in Mougins, which is open all year round. Additionally, the Cannes School of Dance "Rosella Hightower" is also nearby.

Welcome to CINNAMON Cottage! This charming house is located on the ground floor of our villa, offering a beautiful view of the garden and pool. With a spacious area of approximately 20 m2, it comfortably accommodates 2 guests (with the option to add an extra bed for a surcharge of 15). We also provide a "baby" umbrella bed for children under 3 years old upon request, free of charge.

The cottage is well-equipped with an en suite shower, sink, and a small kitchenette that includes a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink, dishwasher, and electric cooking stove. The toilet is separate and shared, located in the hallway. Additionally, you have access to the ground floor of our villa, which features a communal main terrace with tables and chairs for your meals, a barbeque for grilling, a garden with swings, a slide, and children's games, as well as a shared pool with comfortable deckchairs.

The Studio CINNAMON is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180 cm * 2 mattresses of 90 cm *). If needed, we can add an extra bed for children aged 3 years and above, for an additional charge of 20. We also provide a cot for children under 3 years old, free of charge upon request. The cottage offers ample storage space with cupboards and a dresser, a dining table with 2 chairs, a TV, and free WiFi throughout the villa. Free parking is available in our residential area, which is conveniently surrounded by shops. Cannes and the beautiful beaches are just a 20-minute drive away.
