This charming and modern cottage in Labastide en Val is the perfect escape from the stresses of everyday life. It provides all the necessary comforts for small children, including a booster seat, high chair, baby bath, and changing table. Just a short walk from the cottage, you can discover small pits and a natural water lake where you can swim and have a picnic. The surrounding area also features a peaceful small square where you can enjoy pleasant moments.

The interior of the cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, a dining room, and a lounge with a TV and DVD player. WIFI access is also available. On the first floor, you will find a shower room with a toilet and washing machine, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. The second floor offers a bedroom with two single beds and a bed rail.

Labastide-en-Val is a charming village with a population of approximately one hundred residents. It is surrounded by forests, rivers, and fountains, providing a picturesque setting. The village is ideally located for visiting the Cathar castles, exploring the Canal du Midi, experiencing the medieval city of Carcassonne, and enjoying the diverse fauna, flora, and exceptional local wines of the Aude region.

Please note that electricity costs are not included in the price from October to April. Additionally, a cleaning service is available for an additional fee of 50 € if desired, and pets are allowed at a charge of 25 €.
