Introducing La Petite Vallée, our charming new cottage located in the heart of the Black Perigord. Xabi, Elise, and their children are thrilled to welcome you to this tranquil retreat.

Situated just 1.5 km from the village of Rouffignac St Cernin, our cottage is perfectly positioned on the Perigueux-Sarlat axis, making it an ideal base for exploring the stunning sites of Périgord. We are delighted to offer our recommendations for the best tours and attractions during your stay.

Convenience is key, as our cottage is located near all essential amenities such as supermarkets, ATMs, service stations, hairdressers, bars, restaurants, and even a Sunday market. Despite its proximity to these conveniences, our property spans 5 acres of peaceful woodland, providing a serene atmosphere and breathtaking views.

The cottage itself is thoughtfully designed, featuring a spacious kitchen and a lounge/dining room with an office space and internet access (computer not provided). Enjoy entertainment on the flat-screen TV with DVD player. The ground floor also boasts a comfortable bedroom with a 140cm bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate WC.

On the second floor, you will find two more bedrooms: one with a 140cm bed and another with a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate WC. Our cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. We provide bed linen, towels, shower mats, and kitchen towels for your convenience.

Relax on your private terrace by the heated pool, and savor delicious meals cooked on the provided WEBER barbecue under the porch. We are happy to lend you baby equipment such as high chairs, changing mats, cots, high trek strollers, and playpens.
