Our three rooms have access to a private lounge area of 16m2, which is connected to the outside through a staircase leading to the shared spaces such as the garden, terrace, barbecue, and pool.

Each room can accommodate two people and is equipped with a double bed measuring 140x190, an LCD TV, free WiFi access, desks, and storage units. The bathrooms are separate and private.

Depending on the number of people traveling together, we offer three different suite options:

- Suite Louis: This suite includes one bedroom, one living room, and can accommodate two persons. It measures 29m2 and costs 90-95 EUR per night.
- Suite Alexander: This suite includes two bedrooms, one living room, and can accommodate three to four persons. It measures 43m2 and costs 150-170 EUR per night.
- Suite Marie: This suite includes three bedrooms, one living room, and can accommodate five to six people. It measures 57m2 and costs 200-225 EUR per night.

All suites have their own private bathrooms with a bathtub, a shower room, and a separate toilet.

We provide a complimentary gourmet breakfast, which is served from 8 to 9:30 am. You can enjoy it on the terrace under the shade of the wisteria or in our family dining room. Our breakfast includes homemade yogurts, jams, and pastries made with local products. We also offer a selection of fresh breads, pastries, fruits, organic fruit juices, and honey from local producers.

Outside, you can relax in our enclosed garden with fruit trees and Mediterranean plants, next to our heated swimming pool (8m x 4m). We also have a barbecue area equipped with a griddle, fridge, microwave oven, and coffee maker. Additionally, a picnic table is available if you prefer to have your evening meal in the garden.

If you need recommendations for nearby restaurants, we are happy to assist you. We also provide bicycles, outdoor games, and board games for your entertainment.

For wine enthusiasts, we offer a guided tour of a vineyard in the "Côtes du Roussillon Villages" appellation. The tour is conducted by a passionate winemaker who loves his land. After the visit, a complimentary wine tasting is provided. Please note that reservations should be made at least 72 hours in advance, and the price per person is 5 EUR for a two-hour visit.

Mas au calme, à 15 mn de Perpignan, dans l'arrière-pays. Accueil des plus chaleureux. Des spécialités maison à déguster et des propriétaires très disponibles. Martine et Bernard
