The farmhouse, built in the 16th Century, is a spacious and well-maintained property. It boasts a large entrance hall, a cozy dining room, and an inviting English style living room. Outside, there is a generously-sized patio with a sheltered sitting area, perfect for unwinding in front of the beautiful lawn and garden. The property also features a large swimming pool measuring 15x5 meters and a hard tennis court.

Our garden provides an idyllic setting to relax and soak up the sun. Whether you prefer to lounge in the sunshine or seek a shady spot, you can enjoy the stunning view. The garden includes a lush lawn, fruitful trees, and comfortable seating on the patio.

For those looking to unwind and have some fun, the pool offers a refreshing oasis to relax by or take a leisurely swim. Alternatively, the tennis court is available for those who want to engage in some physical activity and enjoy a game.

Description for Gite

The gite offers ample space and complete privacy, featuring a fully equipped kitchen/diner, a comfortable living area, and a convenient shower-room on the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find the main bedroom with a double bed and a separate toilet. It is important to mention that the gite is strictly non-smoking and although we adore our furry friends, we regretfully cannot accommodate pets. Additionally, for your convenience, a sofa bed is available in the living area downstairs.

Directions

If you are driving from the A7 motorway, take the "Orange Sud" Exit (number 22). From there, follow the signs for Avignon and Courthézon along RN7. After driving for approximately 4 kilometers (2 ½ miles), you will come to a point where you need to leave RN7 and make a left turn towards Courthézon. As you approach a small roundabout, make a half-right turn and continue straight, passing another roundabout in the village. Follow the road and bear left to reach another roundabout. Take a left turn at this roundabout, following the direction towards La Clède. After driving for about 400 meters, make a right turn just before the pharmacy/fountain and pass under the railway. Keep going until you reach another roundabout, where you should make a left turn. After driving for approximately 200 meters, take the first right onto "Le Chemin des Crémades." Continue on this road through the fields, following a bend to the right, and then proceed straight ahead. Make sure not to turn left. The Mas des Papillons will be the last house on the left, with vineyards on the right.
