Take advantage of the attractive prices in September 2011 and visit the peaceful town of Ploubazlanec to explore the diverse attractions in the region. The spacious 400 m2 garden in front of the house offers a perfect playground and relaxation spot for the whole family. This garden seamlessly connects to the rest of the family property. Although there is another house within the same field, each house has its own access and they are strategically positioned to ensure privacy for the occupants. The house conveniently provides direct access to the GR34, a stunning coastal path that leads to Paimpol, Loguivy Sea, or Lézardrieux. Additionally, there are several beaches within walking distance. The three landscape pictures showcased in the advertisement are only a 5-minute walk from the house.
