We offer three guesthouses, each with its own separate entrance.Throughout the day, guests have access to a shared lounge where they can relax and enjoy various amenities. This includes a cooking area for preparing small dishes, as well as a collection of books and games to help unwind.
Breakfast is served from 8:30 am to 10:00 am, with the option to request an earlier service starting from 7:30 am.
Our guesthouses are equipped with various facilities and services, including parking (with priority given to disabled individuals), independent entrances, fully-equipped kitchens, a garden, a terrace, and a barbecue area (available during the appropriate season). Additionally, guests can enjoy the comfort of a hammock during the summer months.

- The "Cook" room, located on the first floor, offers a spacious area of 30 m2. It features two twin beds that can be converted into a large 180 cm bed, as well as a comfortable sofa for two additional guests. The room is equipped with a desk, television, dressing area, and a bathroom with a separate bath and toilet. Rates start from €85 per night for two people, including breakfast.- The "Champlain" room, situated in a serene garden setting, provides a cozy space of 15 m2. It includes a comfortable 140 cm bed, a desk, a dressing room, television, and a bathroom with a stylish Italian-style shower and toilet. Rates for this room start from €65 per night for two people, inclusive of breakfast.
- Overlooking the picturesque garden, the "Magellan" room spans 18 m2. It offers a luxurious queen-sized bed (160 cm), a television, a dressing area, and a modern bathroom featuring an Italian-style shower and toilet. Rates for this room start from €70 per night for two people, including breakfast.
Please note that we do not allow pets in our bed and breakfast, except for guide dogs. However, we do have a friendly cat and a bunny residing on the premises.
For guests planning a longer stay, we offer a special discount. Book a minimum of four nights and enjoy a 7% reduction on your total stay.
