On the ground floor, you will find a charming and fully furnished studio that has been thoughtfully designed for two people. Enjoy the comfort of a 140cmx200cm bed, a cozy sitting area with a sofa and coffee table, a dining space, and a flat-screen TV. The studio also features a well-equipped kitchen with modern amenities such as an induction stove, oven, hood, microwave, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, sink, and ample storage space.

Step outside onto your own private terrace, spanning 8 m2, and take in the peaceful surroundings. Whether you wish to indulge in a delicious breakfast or simply revel in the beauty of your surroundings, this outdoor space is the perfect spot to unwind.
