Experience the beauty and serenity of the Maurienne Valley in Savoie, France with our charming and renovated XVIII Savoyarde farmhouse. Nestled on a plateau and surrounded by 6 hectares of land, our property offers stunning mountain views and a privileged setting at the foot of the Belledone mountains.

Our Bed & Breakfast can accommodate up to 6 people and provides a spacious and comfortable retreat close to nature. The bedrooms feature king-size beds, with one room also offering two single beds. Additionally, there is a living room, an office, and a bathroom with a WC. Guests can enjoy a private entrance and a deck, perfect for taking breakfast out on the terrace.

For larger groups, our renovated hay barn can accommodate up to 8 people. With exposed beams, a glass ceiling offering views of the roof structure, and stone walls with a contemporary touch, this accommodation provides a unique and stylish experience. Relax on the deck and admire the breathtaking scenery and wildlife while enjoying the tranquility and perhaps a glass of wine.

Special prices are available for stays of up to 7 days and for groups of more than 4 people. The hay barn features two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a king-size bed and two single beds. There is also a living room with a canopy bed for two people, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a WC, a separate WC, and a private entrance.

For larger parties, it is possible to rent both the renovated barn and the Bed & Breakfast, accommodating up to 12 people (14 with the canopy bed). This option includes four bedrooms, two bathrooms with a WC, a third WC, two lounges, an office, a fully equipped kitchen, a canopy bed for two people, and a private entrance.

Our property is ideally located near numerous lakes for swimming and ski resorts, offering endless recreational opportunities. As an added bonus, the land has been organically managed for the past 17 years, creating a haven for wildlife. Horses, cats, and chickens also call this place home.

The Maurienne Valley is renowned as the world's largest cycling area, boasting prestigious mountain passes such as Iseran, Croix de Fer, Col du Cucheron, Madeleine, and Galibier. We even offer professional racing bikes and VTT rentals for those looking to explore the area on two wheels. Come and experience the beauty of Savoie and indulge in a truly memorable stay at our renovated farmhouse.

Les abords sont rustiques, l'extérieur traditionnel ayant été préservé. A l'intérieur c'est très propre, lumineux, agréablement meublé, et confortable. On s'y sent bien ! Et l'accueil est excellent : une hôtesse (Lesley) pleine d'humour, de chaleur, de générosité.... nous avons eu un grand plaisir à converser avec elle, et avons fait honneur à sa table matinale (ah les bugnes (bio) !). Un immense merci à elle.

Directions

From the A43 autoroute, take exit number 25 for Epierre. After passing the toll at the roundabout, make a left turn onto D207 and continue for 776 meters. Then, make another left turn onto D207 and continue for 3 kilometers. Pass through St. Leger and continue until you reach the village called "Les Granges." At this point, turn right following the signpost indicating Le Domaine. Continue for 800 meters and then make a right turn following the wooden signpost indicating Le Domaine. Proceed straight until you reach the sand arena.

15. Make a left turn onto D207 and continue for 3 kilometers.
16. Turn right and continue for 105 meters.
