Spacious 50m2 duplex gite available for rent. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer, coffee maker, and vacuum cleaner. Additionally, there is a comfortable sofa bed for two people, a TV, and separate toilet facilities.

On the upper floor, you will find a bedroom with two single beds (90X200), another TV, WIFI, a DVD player, a shower room, toilet, and a hairdryer. The gite is fully air-conditioned, and bed sheets and hand towels are provided. A baby cot is also available.

Outside, there is a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs for relaxation.
