Welcome to our charming cottage, perfect for 2-4 people. With a spacious terrace of 40m2 and a lovely garden of 100 sqm, you can enjoy the outdoors and relax in a peaceful setting.Located in the protected rural area of Saint Lunaire, our cottage is just 3 km away from the city center, the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast (Saint Lunaire, Dinard, Saint Briac sur mer, Lancieux, Saint Malo), and the sparkling sea.
Our cottage, completely refurbished in 2015, offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. The living room features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable sofa bed for two, a flat screen TV, and free WiFi. You will also find a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and induction plate for your convenience.
The spacious bedroom includes a double bed and a single bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. The bathroom offers a luxurious Jacuzzi tub with a steam shower.
Outside, you can relax on the large terrace or enjoy the privacy of the enclosed garden. We provide private parking for your convenience. Pets are allowed upon request and with prior agreement.
If you prefer, we can arrange for end-of-stay cleaning upon request. Additionally, we offer weekend and holiday bookings from March to June, starting at 2 nights for 120, with each additional night priced at 40.
While our cottage is nestled in the countryside, it is still essential to have a car to explore the nearby attractions. You will have the opportunity to discover Saint Malo, just 10 minutes away, as well as Dinard in 5 minutes and Dinan in 15 minutes. The famous Mont Saint Michel is also within a 40-minute drive.
