Description for Gite

Le Manoir du Buisson Perron is a stunning 18th century manor house available for rent. Guests have the exclusive use of the large heated swimming pool (available from May to October), beautiful garden, and grounds. The name of this house originated from a horse event organized by King René d'Anjou in the 15th century near his Castle of Launay, known as Le Pas du Perron, and is also situated near the forest.

The main house features 8 spacious rooms, including 5 bedrooms with either a bath or shower. The house is tastefully furnished with a combination of modern comforts and antique furniture throughout. Additionally, there is a fully-equipped kitchen and dining room, as well as a small room housing a washing machine and dryer.

Surrounded by a large garden spanning 2 hectares, filled with numerous trees, guests can also enjoy the 12x5 meter swimming pool located on a terrace adjacent to the house. The center of Saumur is just 5 kilometers away, and there are supermarkets conveniently located within 2 kilometers of the house.

Perfectly situated in the heart of the Loire Valley, this charming manor house offers an ideal location to explore the famous castles of France and the vineyards of the Loire Valley.
