Welcome to our charming 3-star house in the heart of the Loire castles and just a few steps away from the famous Beauval zoo. Our house is situated in a tranquil corner, only 800 meters from the medieval town of Saint Aignan. It boasts a spacious garden area, measuring 400 m², which is fully enclosed for your privacy.Immerse yourself in the medieval charm of Saint Aignan by taking a stroll through the town's bustling Saturday morning market. Our house comfortably accommodates 4 to 5 people and offers a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave. The dining room features a sofa bed and a TV, while the bedroom includes a double bed and a child's bed (140/200 and 90/165 respectively). The bathroom is complete with a toilet and a washing machine. We also provide WiFi and baby accessories upon request.
We happily welcome pets for an additional fee of 20 euros per animal.
Our rates are as follows:
Weekend: 155 euros
Week (Saturday to Saturday): 295 euros
High season: 320 euros per week
Additional services available upon request include cleaning for 28 euros, bed sheets for 9 euros per bed, and bath towels for 5 euros per person. We also accept holiday vouchers.
