Description for B&B:
The castle of Prauthoy is perfectly situated on the border of three stunning regions: Champagne, Burgundy, and Franche Comté. Originally a beloved family home, it underwent a complete renovation in 2001 and has since been transformed into charming cottages. The welcoming and friendly owners will offer you a glimpse into their "castle life" and gladly provide guidance in exploring the most breathtaking locations within approximately an hour's drive from Prauthoy. Alongside its five uniquely decorated rooms and suites, each evoking a different era, you will delight in wandering through the expansive 6.3-hectare park that surrounds the castle. During the summer, you can relax by the tranquil swimming pool. Additionally, you will be pleasantly surprised by the 16th-century cellar, the enchanting grotto, and the former kitchen, now transformed into a captivating "small museum." This is an exceptional base for discovering one of France's hidden and still somewhat untamed regions.Reviews
