Description:On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room that includes a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, fridge, gas hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary dishes and utensils. The living room also features comfortable armchairs, a coffee table, a dresser, and a TV for your entertainment. Additionally, there is a small area with a toilet and a sink, as well as storage space.
Moving upstairs, you will discover a charming mezzanine area and a bedroom furnished with a comfortable 140-sized bed and a dressing area. The bathroom on this floor offers a shower, a basin, and a toilet, along with a convenient washing machine.
