Description for B&B:

Come and experience the best of France with a warm welcome from Chris and Frances Anthony at Les Trois Chenes. Frances, an accomplished chef with accolades in England, invites you to indulge in a luxurious bed and breakfast experience. Our rooms are designed with comfort and style in mind, each featuring unique antique and reproduction furniture.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious en-suite bedroom with a king-sized bed, its own entrance, and views of the beautiful orchard. For those seeking extra warmth during winter stays, underfloor heating is provided. The second and third bedrooms, located on the first floor, offer a separate bathroom and come with a king-sized bed and twin beds respectively. Additionally, we have a new fourth bedroom on the ground floor, complete with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, private entrance, and terrace.

All of our rooms are equipped with modern amenities including a flat-screen television with DVD and CD player, radio/alarm, hairdryer, and coffee and tea making facilities. Stay connected with our Wi-Fi internet access. As our guest, you will have full access to our swimming pool, sunbeds, and pool house, which is stocked with books and games. Take a leisurely stroll through the orchard and soak in the tranquility.

For dinner, indulge in our table d'hôte evening meals by arrangement. Our meals consist of a starter, main course, cheese, dessert, coffee, and include wine. During the summer months, we also offer barbecues on our rear terrace. Les Trois Chenes is located in the charming village of Saint Colomb de Lauzun, surrounded by a six-acre plum orchard. We are just a ten-minute drive from Eymet, half an hour from Bergerac airport, one and a half hours from Bordeaux, and two hours from Toulouse.

The region is renowned for its wine, traditional weekly markets, and a wide range of activities including walking, cycling (bikes provided free of charge), archery (both left and right-hand bows available), canoeing, horse riding, fishing, and golf. Explore the area and discover numerous chateaux, caves, and bastide towns. The possibilities are endless.

Please note that our house has a strict non-smoking policy. We welcome children over the age of fourteen (14) to stay in our guest rooms. However, we regret to inform you that the atmosphere and facilities at Les Trois Chenes are not suitable for young children or pets. We eagerly await the opportunity to welcome you to this wonderful region of France.
