This fully renovated property is situated in the peaceful countryside, just 6 km away from the renowned Doue la Fontaine Zoo and 15 km from Saumur, the equestrian capital. Guests have the opportunity to explore the enchanting Loire Valley castles, visit mushroom cellars, and indulge in wine tasting. The limestone house, nestled at the end of the owner's courtyard, offers a comfortable living space of 70 m², with 32 m² dedicated to the living area adorned with exposed beams and stonework. The well-equipped kitchen includes a microwave, and the cozy lounge features a 140 cm sofa bed and a dining area. The spacious 16 m² bedroom is furnished with a 140 cm double bed and an additional 90 cm bed. The bathroom is accompanied by a separate WC and floor heating for added comfort. Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared relaxation garden with the owners and can also access a small adjoining cave.
